2023 has been a busy and rewarding year here at GelSight:

  • In January, Steve Mould featured GelSight on his YouTube channel, with the video receiving 4.7+ million views
  • In February, Hexagon crowned GelSight as the winner of the second cohort of its coveted Sixth Sense open innovation platform, which nurtures start-ups creating solutions to pressing manufacturing challenges
  • In May, we introduced GelSight Max, the highest-resolution mobile surface characterization tool on the market
  • In November, we debuted GelSight Mobile Shock-Protected, the newest addition to GelSight’s product lineup that brings even more resilient 3D surface analysis tools to the field and the production line
  • All along the way, GelSight added new features and capabilities, including an AI toolbox, Operator Mode, profile and surface roughness, improved defect detection and more
